In light of the constant evolvement of the industry’s value chain and the dynamic development of the international tax framework, the cross-border intercompany transactions and the intragroup profit allocation raise complex and challenging tax/transfer pricing issues. Our webinar will focus both on the trend of business model/value chain transformation of the AM industry and on the international tax risks in the context of intragroup transactions following the business change, with the aim to discuss with not only tax professionals but also professionals/interested parties of the AM industry, the aforementioned topics from a holistic business view.

Speaker: Dr. Xu Wang, PWC Tax & Legal Senior Manager
Xu is a Senior Manager in PwC Tax & Legal’s Financial Services Transfer Pricing Team in Frankfurt/Main. Xu has years of extensive experience in the area of Transfer Pricing/ International Tax advisory services for multinational FS groups including banks, insurance companies, asset managers and automotive banks. Xu holds a PhD in economics.
Moderator: Ye Song, Solactive Quantitative Analyst
Ye is currently serving as a quantitative analyst at Solactive, focusing on the product development of complex indices and thematic indices under ETFs. He has experience in advanced analytics in banks and holds degrees from Frankfurt School and Rotterdam School of Management.
